Located across the Bay of San Juan at the tip of Toa Baja, Isla de Cabras is an islet accessible via a causeway. While most visitors come for the historic park and picnic grounds, there is a small, quiet beach cove on the inner side of the spit. The water here is calm, and it offers an incredible, uninterrupted panorama of the historic El Morro fortress across the bay channel.
Historic, scenic, with front-row views of El Morro.
